At PcComponentes, a leading Spanish tech retailer expanding globally, I gained diverse experience. I started by contributing to a new login system and the design system foundation (e-commerce redesign). Then, on the payment team, I helped reduce cart abandonment and boost conversions. With this same team, we also developed service and cross-selling initiatives,driving further business growth. Finally, I streamlined operations by designing complex user flows for internal logistics and warehouse products.
